Kara has been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years, her background and experience range from working with buyers and sellers, marketing and listing Fannie Mae properties as well as working for several local and national builders in Arizona, California, and the State of Washington as a Sales Associate for new construction of single family homes and Condominiums. Her experience also extends to rental properties and sales in Brooklyn, NY and property management in California. She has a BA in Sociology from NYU and is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Arizona for 12 years. 

Kara always strives to maintain a high work ethic and ensure the satisfaction of her clients. Her diverse background in all aspects of Real Estate provides a unique advantage when negotiating for our clients. Kara's success in real estate is due to her passion, experience, professionalism and commitment to serving your real estate needs. Kara is constantly educating herself on the latest trends in the marketplace so she can find the right home for you or price your home to sell accordingly. 

Her passion also extends to animal rescue, when she isn't helping her clients buy and sell homes she also works with a local rescue to help foster cats and kittens find homes in the Southeast Valley. Family is also very important to her and she will also be found coaching young boys and girls volleyball at the local YMCA or watching her son & daughter play basketball and volleyball.
